The Department of Theoretical and General Physics is one of the innovative established departments of the Faculty of Physics of Kabul University and is based on the needs of society in theoretical physics research departments, Universities and institutions of higher education, sectoral and educational ministries, etc. This department was established with experienced scientific staff in the framework of the Faculty of Physics

Vision:

The Department of Theoretical and General Physics is trying to provide educational (teaching), research, guidance and consulting services and implementation of projects for the society, to train skilled personnel in the field of physics and to be a source of service to the society quantitatively and qualitatively. To be recognized as a superior scientific and academic institution in the country and region.

Mission:

Based on the needs of the labor market and specialization, the Department of Theoretical and General Physics is engaged in the training of expert and professional staff for various educational and research institutions through teaching, research and providing services.
