Examination of Candidates for Electronic Identification Cards and Certification of Graduates of Health Institutes of the Ministry of Public Health
In these exams, which were held by the National Examinations Office on Friday, 13th of Nov 2020, at Kabul University and the Polytechnic University, about 14,500 candidates for three hundred electronic ID cards positions of the National Statistics and Information Office and about 11500 graduates of health institutes participated in the Ministry of Public Health capacity building test.
Prof. Abdul Qadir Khamosh, Director of the National Examinations Office, Prof. Dr. M. Osman Osman Babury Chancellor of Kabul University, Dr. Abdul Qadir Qadir Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Public Health, and Dr. Zohrah Zaki, director of the Private Sector of the Ministry of Public Health, attended at the opening ceremony of this exam and they delivered a speech at the Central Library of Kabul University.
Professor Abdul Qadir Khamoush; while welcoming the students expressed his satisfaction to hold these exams, he assured the transparency of the process and the provision of justice and meritocracy in it, and announced that the National Examinations Office is determined to create more transparency and is ready to hold various other exams.
Prof. Dr. M. Osman Babury Chancellor of Kabul University spoke at the event and first prayed for the souls of the martyrs of the 2th Nov 2020. Then he expressed his gratitude for successful process of this exam; he said these doctor candidates have important role and require of the society and community of the country; he demanded them to serve people with a sense of unity and sympathy. Addressing the participants of this exam, Dr. Babury added that the country needs young people like you; and you must take serious and fundamental steps to solve its existing problems of the country.
Dr. Abdul Qadir Qadir, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Public Health, also spoke at the event and said: "For those who succeed in these exams, the government will provide certificates and practical work opportunities."
The exam for electronic ID cards started at 7:00 AM and the exam for establishing the ability of the graduates of the health institutes of the Ministry of Public Health started at 10:30 AM.
