د کابل پوهنتون نوبتي د روان کال د غوايي په ۷ نېټه د کابل پوهنتون رییس او مرستیالانو او د دې شورا د نورو غړو په ګ‌‌‌‌‌‌ډون د پوهنتون د علمي ناستو په تالار کې جوړه شوه.

دا ناسته د کابل پوهنتون د رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري په مشري جوړه او په اکا‌‌‌‌‌‌ډمیکو اړوندو موضوعاتو د هغې له ‌‌‌‌‌‌ډلې: په کابل پوهنتون کې د علمي څېړنو معاونیت جوړولو څرنګوالی، د ازموینو پای او د پسرلني سمسټر د پيل لپاره تیاریانې، د کابل پوهنتون او نورو پوهنتونونو د استادانو د ګمارنې ۲۵ دوسېې، د استادانو د علمي ترفیعاتو ۱۱ دوسیې، د استادانو د منفکي ۷ دوسیې، د علمي رتبو د تثبیت ۳ دوسیې او د کابل پوهنتون د محصلینو چارو او مالي او اداري چارو معاونیتونو درې متفرقه  موضوعاتو دوسیو باندې د دې شورا د غړو ترمنځ بحث او نظرونه څرګند شول، چې په پایله کې د علمي شورا په اجنډا کې هره شامله اجنډا د موجوده اصولو او مقرراتو په رڼا کې لازم تصمیم ونیول شو او تر تصویب وروسته خپلو اړوندو برخو ته د پلي کېدو په واستول شو.
