د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري په داسې حال کې، چې د دې پوهنتون د محصلینو چارو مرستیال هم شتون درلود په کابل کې د ایران اسلامي جمهوریت سفارت کلتوري رایزن ښاغلي غلام حسین شیرزاد سره وکتل.

په پیل کې د کابل پوهنتون رییس کابل پوهنتون ته د ایران اسلامي جمهوریت سفارت کلتوري رایزن ته د ښه راغلاست ویلو ترڅنګ یې د هیواد د لوړو زده کړو برخې په ځانګړې توګه کابل پوهنتون سره یې د دې هیواد مرستو باندې خوښي وښوده. پدې لیدنه کې، چې د روان کال د غوايي په شپږمه نېټه د دوشنبې په ورځ تر سره شوه د افغانستان او ایران هیوادونو ترمنځ د اکاډمیکو او تحصیلي اړیکو په ښه والي او همدارنګه د کابل پوهنتون د داخلي ژبو او ادبیاتو پوهنځي دري – فارسي څانګې ودانۍ د جوړېدو په هوکړه لیک کې په حقوقي او قانوني ستونزو باندې هر اړخیزې خبرې وکړې.

همدارنګه په کابل کې د ایران اسلامي جمهوریت سفارت کلتوري رایزن ښاغلي غلام حسین شیرزاد د کابل پوهنتون رییس سره د لیدنې ترڅنګ د افغانستان او ایران ترمنځ یې تحصیلي او اکاډمیکې اړیکې مهمې وبللې او هیله وښوده، چې د کابل پوهنتون د داخلي ژبو او ادبیاتو پوهنځي دري  - فارسي څانګې ودانۍ رغونه به پیل شي. ایران د هغو هیوادونو له ډلې څخه دی، چې افغانستان سره یې په تحصیلي او اکاډمیکو برخو کې همکاري کړې ده.
