په افغاستان کې د ترکیې هېواد پوهنې بنسټ رئیس ښاغلي علی کاراګوز ، پروفیسور آیهان آک او دکتر ارتغرل دوران (هیئت پوهنتون ۱۹ می) د روان کال ثور میاشتې په ۳۱نېټه د یکشنبې په ورځ په کابل پوهنتون کې د پوهنتون له رئیس ښاغلي دکتور اسامه عزیز سره وکتل.

په دې کتنه کې د دواړو لوریو لخوا  دکابل پوهنتون او ترکیې هېواد د تعلیمي او تحصیلي بینسټونو ترمنځ د علمي او زده کړییزو همکاریو، د محصلینو لپاره د لوړو زده کړو د زمینې برابرولو، په کابل پوهنتون کې د درسي وضعیت په اړتیاوو او نورو مهمو مسایلو خبرې وشوې، دواړو خواوو یاده کتنه ګټوره وبلله او د راتلونکو کتنو په دوام یې ټینګار وکړ.
