Academic Seminar Held on "An Overview of the Activities of the International Epsteinism Network"
A one-day academic seminar titled "An Overview of the Activities of the International Epsteinism Network" was held for the students of Kabul University.
The seminar examined the international network associated with the Jeffrey Epstein case, exploring its activities alongside its humanitarian, ethical, and social dimensions. Speakers addressed the issues of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and various forms of moral deviance, condemning such actions as contrary to Islamic teachings and ethical principles.
During the seminar, the Epstein case was presented as a prominent example illustrating the contradiction between the human rights rhetoric and the practical actions of ruling and powerful Western circles. The speakers emphasized that incidents like this case raise serious questions regarding the human rights claims of Western nations, particularly when the potential role of powerful individuals and associated networks is under discussion.
Furthermore, the necessity of a scientific evaluation of the published documents and allegations related to the case was discussed, aiming to distinguish verified, documented information from unconfirmed narratives.
The seminar, presented by Associate Professor Dr. Ahmad Javid Shakib, aimed to enhance the academic and intellectual awareness of the students, analyze the diverse facets of the Epstein case, and provide a platform for critical discussion regarding the gap between Western rhetoric and practical realities.
