Foster a research culture, support research infrastructure, and strengthen scientific publishing |
Goal 2 — Administrative Reform |
Promote transparency in administrative affairs and implement the HEMIS (Higher Education Management Information System). |

Develop and update the curriculum in line with international standards and labor-market needs. |
Goal 4 — Quality Assurance |
Activate the Quality Assurance Committee and systematically evaluate academic and administrative activities. |

Establish digital teaching systems and produce instructional video materials. |
Goal 6 — Infrastructure Improvement |
Establish an animal research facility (animal house), a medicinal plant garden, a teaching dispensary, and a Traditional Medicine Center. |

Support faculty participation in Master’s and doctoral programs and in professional workshops. |

Revise internal regulations and academic documents and align them with best practices. |

Conclude memoranda of understanding with the Ministry of Public Health, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and hospitals. |
