د روان شمسي کال د جدي په 5 تاريخ د کابل پوهنتون رئیس دکتور اسامه (عزيز) د ترکيې هيواد څخه راغلي یو رسمي پلاوي سره په خپل دفتر کې ملاقات درلود.
پدې ليدنه کې د پوهنتون رئیس یاد پلاوي ته له هر کلې وروسته د کابل پوهنتون اړوند معلومات ورکړل او د پوهنتون په علمي، تاريخي او ملي حیثیت یي رڼا واچوله، همدارنګه یې د پوهنتون د پرمختګ اړوند په راتلونکو پلانونو هم خبرې وکړې.

ترکي پلاوي د کابل پوهنتون په لیدو خپله خوښي څرګند کړه او د دې پوهنتون د ځانګړي مقام اړوند یې خپل مثبت نظر څرګند کړ.

یاد پلاوي له کابل پوهنتون سره د خپلې همکارۍ وعده وکړه.

په دې کتنه کې هوکړه وشوه چې په نژدې راتلونکې کې به یو ترکي تخنیکي ټیم راځي، له کابل پوهنتون څخه به له نژدې لیدنه کوي او د همکارۍ د ښه تنظیم لپاره به په ګډه د یو مکانیزم پر چمتو کولو کار وکړي.
