Vision:
Leadership in education, research, and innovation in Mechanical Engineering at the national and international level.
Mission:
Providing quality education, research, and scientific services to train skilled, innovative, and committed mechanical engineers who are capable of implementing and managing mechanical engineering projects and responding to the needs of society.
Educational Objectives of the Bachelor Program:
- By studying subjects such as HVAC, Heat Physics, and Internal Plumbing of buildings, graduates of this department will be able to design and implement heating and cooling systems for residential houses, industrial, civil, and commercial buildings. These designs may include Split Units, Duct Systems, Central Heating, or Floor Heating. They will also gain sufficient skills in designing, implementing, and ventilating (Ventilation) warehouses and factories.
- Through courses such as Mechanics Physics, Statics, Strength of Materials, Dynamics, Kinematics, Machine Dynamics, Machine Elements Design, and Manufacturing Processes I & II, graduates will acquire skills to install, assemble, and design machine elements in factories and industrial parks, and they can also participate in production and manufacturing processes.
- The department offers two courses named Management I and Management II in separate semesters. Graduates, through these courses, will be able to contribute to the management and implementation of engineering plans in industrial projects, factories, and manufacturing plants.
- By studying renewable energy subjects such as wind, water, and solar energy, as well as water supply and irrigation (as professional electives), graduates will be able to design irrigation systems and water supply systems for residential houses and other facilities.
