د کابل پوهنتون د علمي شورا نوبتی ناسته د روان کال د غبرګولي په ۲۵ نېټه د سې شنبې په ورځ د کابل پوهنتون د رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري په ریاست د دې ریاست د مرستیالانو، د پوهنځیو ریسانو او د علمي شورا د نورو غړو په ګډون جوړه شوه.

په پیل کې د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري د ناستې غړو ته ښه راغلاست وویل، په هیواد کې یې د کورونا ویروس درېمه څپه د اندېښنې وړ وبلله او د روغتیا وزارت روغتیايي لارښوونو په پام کې نیولو باندې تاکید وکړ. ښاغلي بابري همدارنګه د کابل پوهنتون د ټولنیزو علومو پوهنځي استاد او د اطلاعاتو او کلتور وزارت پخواني مرستیال پوهاند محمد رسول باوري په مړینه خواشیني وښوده او دا یې د هیواد علمي- اکاډمیکې ټولنې په ځانګړې توګه کابل پوهنتون ته یوه لویه ضایعه وبلله. پوهاند بابري تاکید وکړ، چې د پوهاند بابري علمي او معنوي ځای به د تل لپاره د ویاړ وړ وي او د کابل پوهنتون رهبري به د استاد د ارزښت وړ او زړه سوانده خدمتونه هېر نکړي. د کابل پوهنتون رییس د لوی الله ج له درباره د مرحوم استاد روح ته د مغفرت دعا او کورنۍ ته یې د صبر عوښتنه وکړه.

پوهاند بابري د خپلو خبرو په بله برخه کې وویل، چې د کورونا ویروس د درېمې څپې د ګواښ په دلیل د عامې روغتیا وزارت د تصمیم پر بنسټ پوهنتونونه او ښوونیز بنسټونه رخصت دي او پوهنځي او څانګې مکلفې دي، چې د HELMS سیسټم له لارې او د نورو پلاټ فورمونو څخه په ګټه اخیستنه په انلاین ډول خپلو درسونو ته دوام ورکړي.

د علمي شورا پدې ناسته کې همدارنګه له اجنډا سره سم د استادانو ۱۱ د ګمارنې دوسیې، د استادانو د منفکي دوه دوسیې، د استادانو د علمي ترفیعاتو ۱۷ دوسیې، د استادانو د علمي رتبو د تثبیت درې دوسیې او د متفرقه موضوعاتو دوه دوسیو باندې د قوانینو، مقرراتو، لایحو او طرزالعملونو په رڼا کې خبرې وشوې او په هر یو باندې د رایو په اکثریت سره تصمیم ونیول شو.
