How to Fill Out the Registration Form

 

Please complete the registration form according to the conditions mentioned, in either Dari or Pashto, using a computer.

 

Steps for Form Submission:

•  After completing the form, attach a photo, a clear color copy of your electronic ID, and a clear color copy of the diploma and transcripts of your latest degree.
• Graduates of Kabul University: Applicants who have graduated from bachelor's programs at Kabul University must submit their registration forms to the target faculty after obtaining verification from their graduating faculty and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs of Kabul University.
• Graduates of Public (state- owned) Universities in Kabul Province: Applicants who have graduated from bachelor's programs at Public(state- owned) Universities within Kabul province must submit their registration forms to the relevant faculty after obtaining verification from their graduating university and the Directorate of Public Student Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education.
• Graduates of Private Universities in Kabul Province: Applicants who have graduated from bachelor's programs at private universities within Kabul province must submit their registration forms to the relevant faculty after obtaining verification from their graduating university and the Directorate of Private Student Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education.
•  Applicants who have graduated from bachelor's programs at Public (state owned) Universities in the provinces must submit their registration forms to the relevant faculty after obtaining approval from the Directorate of Public Student Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education.
• Applicants who have graduated from bachelor's programs at private universities in the provinces must submit their registration forms to the relevant faculty after obtaining approval from the Directorate of Private Student Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education.
• Scholars and Distinguished Figures (Ulama and Fazelaan ) holding Madrasa certificates evaluated by the Ministry of Higher Education must submit their registration forms to the relevant faculty after obtaining approval from the General Directorate of Religious Communities (Jaamiaat Deeni).
• Applicants wishing to register under the Islamic emirate employees' quota must provide an official introduction letter from their respective department during the registration process; this letter must be approved by the Directorate of Public Student Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education to qualify for the quota, otherwise, they will be registered under the open competition category.
• Applicants wishing to register under the academic cadre) staff) members' quota must provide an official introduction letter from their university during the registration process; this letter must be approved by the Directorate of Public Student Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education to qualify for the quota, otherwise, they will be registered under the open competition category.

 

Registration Dates:

Registration for post graduate programs starts on December 22, 2025, and ends on March 19, 2026.

 

Registration Fees:

- Master program registration fee: 500 Afghanis

- Doctoral program registration fee: 1000 Afghanis

- Payment is due upon submission of the registration form at the relevant faculty.

 

Registration Hours:

- Saturday to Wednesday: 9 AM - 5 PM

- Thursday: 9 AM - 3 PM
