Professional Capacity building Workshop Launched for Faculty Members of Multiple Universities
The Faculty of Physics at Kabul University has inaugurated a professional development workshop for physics professors from 20 universities across the country.
This initiative aims to enhance the scientific and practical competencies of faculty members through the execution of dozens of physics experiments within laboratory settings.
The workshop is conducted by a cohort of national and international faculty members from Kabul University, focusing on modern pedagogical methods and advanced laboratory techniques to strengthen the professional skills of the participants.
Participating professors are engaged in practical scientific experiments and the mutual exchange of academic expertise.
Sheikh Maulvi Nida Mohammad Nadim, the Minister of Higher Education, visited the workshop to observe the proceedings and consult with trainers and participating professors regarding their perspectives and requirements.
Commending Kabul University for this initiative, the Minister directed officials to formulate and submit a structured strategic plan to the Ministry to expand such academic and professional activities in the future.
The implementation of such workshops is instrumental in fostering academic cooperation among universities, improving instructional quality, and standardizing laboratory-based education.
