د یوه ستر او ویاړلي علمي پرمختګ په ترڅ کې، د کابل پوهنتون دوو علمي-خپرنیزو مجلو «د ټولنیزو علومو علمي-خپرنیزه مجله» او «د طبیعي علومو علمي-خپرنیزه مجله» چې تر دې دمه د ملي معتبرو ژورنالونو په توګه خپرېدې، د لوړو زده کړو وزارت د خپرنی، تألیف او ژباړې ریاست له خوا په رسمي توګه نړیوال اعتبار ترلاسه کړ. دا لاسته راوړنه د نړیوالو علمي معیارونو پر بنسټ د یوې هر اړخیزې او تخصصي ارزونې او بشپړ انطباق وروسته ترلاسه شوې ده.
