Strategic Plan

(2022-2026)

The necessity of planning is evident to everyone. Uncertainties arising from environmental changes make planning an essential reality for achieving greater success. Today, no factor is as critical as determining the paths to goals based on internal institutional capacities and external environmental changes; success is not guaranteed unless it is achieved through a strategic plan.

A strategic plan is a model for advancing an organization's programs, defining the necessary steps and tools to reach short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives in alignment with the overall goals of the institution. The Faculty of Environmental Science, which aims to train specialists in environmental management, natural resources, and disaster management, considers having a strategic plan as one of its fundamental needs. Therefore, a standard strategic plan is an absolute necessity to provide information on the past, present, and future status of the faculty, ensuring administrative control and success over the next five years.

This strategic plan for the next five years (2022-2026) includes a brief introduction to the faculty, a review of past activities and their results, vision, mission, values, objectives, internal and external environmental analysis, the nature of the strategy, and strategic priorities. The five-year operational plan is based on these foundations.

  2. Capacity building for academic staff, employees, and students.
