د لوړو زده کړو وزارت اړوند، کابل پوهنتون د ۱۴۰۲ هـ ش کال له مخې په دوو لات کې د کابل پوهنتون   لیلیې د دیوالونو رنګول، موکیت فرش او اوبو رسولو سیستم جوړولو پروژه په قرار داد ورکوي؛ په شرایطو برابر کسانو ته بلنه ورکول کیږي؛ چې د داوطلبۍ په پورتنۍ پروژه کې چې (MOHE/KU/1402/12/W/NCB/L1..L2) تشخیصه نمبر لرونکی دی؛ برخه واخلي. مربوطه آفر د شرطنامې سافت د فلش په حافظه کې د کابل پوهنتون تدارکاتو آمریت اړوند د تدارکاتو عمومي مدیریت څخه ترلاسه او خپل آفرونه د تدارکاتو قانون او طرزالعمل مطابق ذکر شوې شرطنامې سره سم په تړلي شکل د نوموړې خبرتیا له خپرېدو سره سم تر ۲۱ کاري ورځو پورې له غرمې مخکې په (10:00) بجو د کابل پوهنتون تهیه او تدارکاتو آمریت ته، چې د کابل ولایت دریېمې ناحیې اړوند کارته سخي کې د علي آباد روغتون مخامخ موقعیت لري؛ وړاندې کړي، هغه آفرونه چې له ټاکلې نېټې ورسته یا له انترنیټ څخه ترلاسه شوي، وي د منلو وړ نه دي.

د آفر خلاصولو جلسه له خبرتیا ۲۱ ورځو وروسته له غرمې مخکې د کابل پوهنتون تدارکاتو آمریت کې چې د پخواني نقلیه وسایطو تم ځای کې موقعیت لري، د پوست خونې دهلیز په داخل کې ښي لور ته (۵) نمبر خونه کې ترسره کیږي.

په اول لات کې د کابل پوهنتون لیلیې دیوارنو رنګول او د موکیت فرش د آفر تضمین اندازه (۵۲۹۷۶۳) پنځه لکه نهه اویا زره اووه سوه درې شپیته افغانۍ کیږي.

ددوهم لات کې د کابل پوهنتون د اوبو رسولو سیستم جوړولو پروژې د آفر تضمین اندازه (۹۰۸۰۷۴) نهه لکه اته زره څلور اویا افغانۍ کیږي، د آفر تضمین د بانګ په تضمین د منلو وړ دی، چې د شرکتونو د آفر خلاصولو په ورځ ګډونوال خپل تضمین له ځانه سره ولري.
