د مشاورې او اروايي درملنې مرکر چې د کابل پوهنتون په شمال لویدیځه برخه کې د هلکانو لیلیې شاته پروت دی، د ۱۳۹۸هـ ل د وږي پر یوولسمه پرانیستل شو. نوموړی مرکز د لوړو زده کړو د پرمختیايي پرګروامو HEDP په واسطه د نړیوال بانک له پروژو څخه پرانیستل شو. له اداري او تشکیلاتي پلوه د کابل پوهنتون د محصلینو چارو معاونیت د محصلینو چارو د امریت تر لاس لاندې دی، خو له علمي پلوه د ارواپوهنې او روزنیزو علومو له پوهنځي سره په ګډه خپلې چارې پرمخ بیايي. د نوموړي مزکر موخې په لویه کې پر درېو برخو وېشل ش وي دي.

۱- د کابل پوهنتون محصلینو ته د اروايي ستونزو پر مهال سلا مشورې وکول، له محصلینو سره د هغو د ژوند د کچې په لوړاوي او ستونزو ( د کار، زده کړو، کورنیو ستونزو، ودونو او ...)، ډپریشن او نورو ټولنیزو کاواکیو په حل کې مرسته

۲- له محصلینو سره د هغوی د کړو وړ، اروايي ظرفیت لوړونې، له نشه ییزو له زیانونو څخه د خبرونې او پر وړاندې یې له مبارزې او نورې د مسلکي مهارتونو د پروګرامونو تنظیمونه.

۳- د ارواپوهنې پوهنځي محصلینو ته د عملي چارو، جلسو جوړونې، د اروايي ستونزو پر مهال د وړاندې کېډونکیو خدماتو په اړه معلومات ورکول.

دا مرکز هره ورځ د سهار له اتو د مازیګر تر پنځو بجو پورې د محصلینو پر مخ پرانیستی وی. محصلین کولای شي چې له هره پلوه د یوه خوندي چاپېریال په توګه پکې خپلې ستونزې له اروايي مشاورینو سره شریکې او په اړه یې علمي مشورې ترلاسه کړي.
