د کابل پوهنتون د کاري ساحې پراختیا، د ګومارونکیو د غوښتنې د کچې له امله د ټولنیزو بدلونونو او په نړیواله و ملي په تېره د لوړو زده کړو په کچه د کیفي معیارونو د سیالۍ له امله اړینه ده چې له حقوقي پلونه ځينې ګامونه واخیستل شي، کابل پوهنتون لومړی ځل پر ۱۳۹۶هـ لمریز په دې تشکیل سره رهبري شورا تاسیس کړه.

علمي معاون د شورا د مرستیال په توګه؛
د محصلانو چارو معاون د شورا د منشي په توګه؛
د مالي او اداري چارو مرستیال د غړي په توګه؛
د پوهنځیو رییسان د غړیو په توګه؛
د کابل پوهنتون عمومي امران د غړیو په توګه.

د کابل پوهنتون د رهبري شورا واکونه: د پوهنتون اړوند کمېټو غواروی او پر چارو یې څار، د کابل پوهنتون د تړنونو(توامیتونو) د موادو برابرونه او په پلي کېدا کې یې اسانچاري، په سمسټرواره بڼه د پوهنځيو د رییسانو د راپورنو اورېدنه[ د پوهنتون مرستیالان او د پوهنځيو رییسان مکلف دي چې خپل راپورونه په لیکلې بڼه ترتیب او شورا ته یې وړاندې کړې]، د پوهنتون د اداري او حمایتي چارو د لا ښه والي په موخه اداري تصمیم نیونه او له اکادمیکې ساحې ور هاخوا د ځينو مسالو په اړه پرېکړه او تصمیم د بېلګې په ډول د استادانو او کارکوونکیو د شکایتونو اورېدنه او پر دې سربېره نور هغه مسایل چې د وخت او ځايي غوښتنو له مخې لارښودې شورا ته راجع کېږي.
