دا یونیفورم د پوهنتون ادارې لخوا ویشل شوی او موخه یې د نظم او ډسپلین رامنځته کول او د خدمتي کارکوونکو او ساتونکو د روغتیا او خوندیتوب په اړه ګټور بلل شوی دی.

نوموړی یونیفورم د یادې موضوع تر څنګ د پوهنتون د امنیتي مسایلو، خدمتي کارکوونکو او محافظینو په پیژندنه کې هم اغیزمن واقع کیدای شي.

د پوهنتون د پوهنځيو او اداري شعبو خدمتي کارکوونکي او محافظین د نوموړي یونیفورم له وېش څخه خوښي څرګنده کړه او هغه یې د روغتيا په برخه کې او هم  د کاري شرايطو په پیژندنه او لا ښه والي کې مهم  وباله.

دا په داسې حال کې ده، چې د کابل پوهنتون اداره تل هڅه کوي، چې د دغې ادارې خدمتي کارکوونکو او محافظینو ته اسانتیاوې او خوندي کاري چاپیریال برابر کړي.
