"میناکو ککوما" مسوول بخش حمایت حقوقی اداره UNHCR یا کمشنری عالی سازمان ملل متحد در امور پناهنده‌گان با محترم دکتور اسامه عزیز رییس پوهنتون کابل درحالی‌که پوهاند محمد شفیع شریفی معاون امور علمی پوهنتون نیز حضور داشت در دفتر ریاست دیدار نمود.

در این دیدار مسوول بخش حمایت حقوقی دفتر کمشنری عالی سازمان ملل متحد در امور پناهنده‌گان وعده هم‌کاری داده و گفت که این اداره طبق تفاهمنامه‌ی که قبلا با پوهنتون کابل امضا کرده‌است به آن عده محصلین که به کشور عودت نموده‌اند و به لحاظ اقتصادی توان پیش‌برد تحصیل شان‌را ندارند مثل سابق کمک و هم‌کاری می‌نماید.

در این دیدار محترم دکتور اسامه عزیز رییس پوهنتون کابل ضمن خوش آمد گویی به مسوول بخش حمایت حقوقی اداره UNHCR از کمک‌های قبلی آنان به پوهنتون کابل اظهار قدردانی نموده و بر تداوم این کمک‌ها تاکید کرد.

پوهنتون کابل و کمشنری عالی سازمان ملل متحد در امور پناهنده‌گان در سال 2019 میلادی تفاهم‌نامه‌ی را امضاء کرده‌اند که بر اساس آن دفتر سازمان ملل متحد در امور پناهنده‌گان ملزم به ارایه بورسیه‌های تحصیلی برای پناهنده‌گان، پناهجویان و پناهنده‌گان اسبق افغان که به کشور عودت نموده‌اند می‌باشد.
