Memorandum of Understanding
A memorandum of understanding (MOU or MoU) is an agreement between two or more parties outlined in a formal document. It is not legally binding but signals the willingness of the parties to move forward with a contract.
Vision:
Kabul University Scientific Research Center vision in relation to signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to governmental and non-governmental organizations is to provide a unique and enabling environment for scientific support to its academic members, graduate students, governmental and none governmental organizations that would help the country towards development.
Mission:
The mission of Kabul University Scientific Research Center in relation to signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to governmental and non-governmental organizations is to absorb their technical and financial cooperation to conduct workshops and seminars, funding research projects, developing and expanding scientific and advanced research in different research fields for sustainable development and reaching to a social welfare.
Objectives of the Academic Research Center:
- To create a modern and standard system for academic research support in order to solve the problems which prevent the development of academic, governmental, and private sectors.
- To provide academic and advisory assistance to ministries, enterprises, and other governmental and private organizations for the growth of national economy.
- To conduct educational workshops and seminars on research to university instructors with the financial support of government, national and international organizations.
- To provide financial resources for the academic research through the private, governmental, national, and international organizations.
