د روان ۱۳۹۹ د کب په ۱۳ نېټه د چهارشنبې په ورځ د کابل پوهنتون د علمي شورا نوبتي ناسته د کابل پوهنتون د رییس او مرستیالانو او د دې شورا د غړو په ګډون د پوهنتون د علمي شورا په تالار کې جوړه شوه.

پدې ناسته کې، چې د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري په ریاست جوړه شوې وه په اکاډمیکو موضوعاتو د هغې ډلې څخه: د کابل پوهنتون او د ولایتونو پوهنتونونو د استادانو د ګمارنې ۲۳ دوسیې، د استادانو د علمي ترفیعاتو ۱۶ دوسیې، د استادانو د منفکي ۵ دوسې، د علمي رتبو د تثبیت ۳ دوسیې او د کابل پوهنتون د محصلینو او اداري چارو ۷ متفرقه دوسیو باندې د دې شورا د غړو ترمنځ خبرې او نظرونه شریک شول، چې په پایله کې د علمي شورا د دې ناستې په اجنډا کې د شاملې هرې یوې موضوع اړوند د شته اصولو او مقرراتو مطابق لازم تصمیم ونیول شو او تر تصویب وروسته اړوندو برخو ته یې د پلي کېدو لارښوونه وشوه.
