د کابل پوهنتون د ټولنیزو علومو پوهنځي استادانو، کارمندانو او يو شمېر محصلینو او د دې پوهنځي د رییس په شتون کې د دې پوهنتون د عامه ادارې او پالیسي او د حقوقو او سیاسي علومو پوهنځيو محصلین، چې د لړم میاشتې په ۱۲ نېټه په یوه تروریستي برید کې په شهادت ورسېدل او یو شمېر نور یې ټپیان شول د قرانکریم ختم او د دعا مراسم جوړ او د دې وحشیانه برید د غندلو او محکومولو ترڅنګ یې  د یو شمېر محصلینو د شهادت له امله یې د شهیدانو او ټپیانو کورنیو او د کابل پوهنتون له کورنۍ سره خپله غمشریکي او همدردي وکړه.

دا مراسم د سهار په ۹ بجو د ټولنیزو علومو پوهنځي رییس، استادانو، کارمندانو او یو شمېر محصلینو په ګډون د دې پوهنځي په یوه ټولګي جوړ شول.
