برنامه آموزش و فراگیری سیستم مدیریتی محصلان (HEMIS) به مدیران تدریسی و اجرائیه‌ پوهنځی‌های پوهنتون کابل ازسوی معاونیت امور محصلان پوهنتون به روز شنبه مورخ 12 جوزای سال جاری دایر گردید.

در این برنامه آموزشی اهمیت و موثریت و نحوه استفاده، کارکردها و جزئیات مهم و مفید سیستم مدیریتی محصلان (HEMIS) به مدیران تدریسی و اجرائیه پوهنځی‌های پوهنتون کابل به صورت مفصل تشریح و توضیح داده شد و از آن‌ها خواسته شد تا کارهای شان‌را در مطابقت با این سیستم انجام دهند. بنا به گفته مقام‌های وزارت تحصیلات عالی، سیستم مدیریتی محصلان (HEMIS) در سال 1397 شروع شده که طی سال‌های اخیر انکشاف پیدا کرده و امسال به پایۀ اکمال خواهد رسید. هدف از این سیستم ایجاد سهولت در مدیریت اطلاعات محصلانی است که از طریق کانکور به پوهنتون‌های دولتی راه پیدا کرده‌اند.

قابلیت ثبت نام الکترونیکی، دسترسی به آمار و احصائیه‌ محصلان، امور تبدیلی‌ها، تأجیل، منفکی‌ها و شمولیت مجدد محصلان، خانه‌پُری آنلاین و دسترسی به فورم‌های لیلیه و بدل اعاشه، بررسی نتایج سمستروار و نتایج فارغان، ثبت و موجودیت کریکولم‌های درسی، سهولت ایجاد و موجودیت گروپ‌های صنفی نظارتی و کاری برای هر پوهنځی و دیپارتمنت، صفحه‌ی اعلانات و بخش پرسش و پاسخ آنلاین از جمله سهولت‌های این سیستم می‌باشد.
