 Academic and Administrative Hierarchy

The dean of the faculty is responsible to the chancellor of the University as:

A, The principle academic, administrative and executive officer of the faculty;

B, Chairman of the faculty academic council;

C, Permanent member of Dean’s council/academic council.

 

The assistant dean is responsible for assisting the dean and deputizing for him in his absence.

The chairman (heads) of department are responsible to the dean for running their respective department in accordance with the department regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and for the executing the policy of the faculty academic council.

The director of administrative affairs assist the dean in the day to day administrative affairs of the faculty and in the general supervision of clerical and auxiliary staff.

The faculty has Dean, deputy dean, head of department, adminstrative principal, teaching principal and admin staff. Totally, there are 24 staff.
