نوموړې غونډه لومړی د قرآن کریم په مبارکو آیتونو پیل شوه، وروسته د کابل پوهنتون ټولنیزو علومو رئیس ښاغلي پوهنمل محمدحسین احمدزي جدید الشمول محصلینو ته د ښه راغلاست ترڅنګ نوموړي پوهنځي ته د بریا په موخه مبارکي ورکړه.

نوموړي محصلینو ته د هېواد د لوړو زده کړو په نظام او د افغانستان په ملي یوالي کې د کابل پوهنتون د مقام په تړاو معلومات وړاندې کړل، ترڅنګ یې محصلینو ته د ټولنیزو علومو پوهنځي د لیدلوري او ماموریت  په اړه معلومات وړاندې کړل او له محصلینو سره  د اسلامي ارزښتونو، د کابل پوهنتون اکاډمیکو لایحو او مقرراتو په رڼا کې ګټور معلومات شریک کړل.

وروسته د ټولنیزو علومو پوهنځي فرهنګي کمېټې رئیس ښاغلي پوهنوال احمد رسول رسول د ټولنې مادي او معنوي پرمختګ او پراختیا په برخه کې د محصلینو اسلامي، علمي او فرهنګي مسؤلیتونو او وظایفو  په اړه جدید الشمول محصلینو ته اساسي او مهم ټکي بیان کړل.

د غونډې په وروستۍ برخه کې د ټولنیزو علومو پوهنځي مرستیال ښاغلي پوهنمل احمدولي عالمي، د کابل پوهنتون څیړنیز مرکزونه چې د کابل پوهنتون عمومي کتابتون، د افغانستان معلوماتو سرچینې مرکز(ACKU)، او د ټولنیزو علومو  پوهنځي کتابتون پکې شاملیږي د جدید الشمول محصلینو ته ور وپیژندل.
