د فورم ګڼه : P-01

د لوړو زده کړو وزارت اړوند د کابل پوهنتون ریاست د ۱۴۰۲ هـ.ل کال د تهیه او تدارک پروژه چې (۱۲۰) قلمه بیلا بېل اجناس لکه: قرطاسیه، د پرنتر رنګ، د فوتوکاپي ماشین رنګ او  تنظیفاتي مواد پکې شامل دي په قرار داد ورکوي، په شرایطو برابر کسانو ته د بلنه ورکول کیږي، چې د یادې پروژه په داوطلبۍ کې چې (MOHE/KU/1402/08/G/NCB) تشخیصه نمبر درلودونکې ده؛ ګډون وکړي.

د شرطنامې او مربوطه آفر  سافت  دې د فلش پوسیله د کابل پوهنتون اړوند تدارکاتو آمریت د تهیه او تدارکاتو عمومي مدیریت څخه ترلاسه کړي، خپل آفرونه دې د تدارکاتو طرزالعمل او  قوانینو مطابق د اعلان له خپریدو څخه تر ۲۱ ورځو پورې له غرمې مخکې په (10:00) بجو پورې د کابل پوهنتون ( درېیمه حوزه، کارته سخي سیمه د علي آباد روغتون ته مخامخ) اړوند تدارکاتو آمریت ته وسپاري، هغه آفرونه چې له ټاکلې نیټې وروسته  تسلیموي او یا له انترنیټ څخه یې ترلاسه کړي وي د منلو وړ نه دي.

د آفرونو د خلاصولو غونډه  د اعلان له خپرېدو ۲۱ ورځې وروسته د سهار په ۱۰ بجو د کابل پوهنتون اړوند تدارکاتو آمریت پوسته خانې دهلېز ۵نمبر اوطاق کې ترسره کیږي.

د آفر د تضمین اندازه (۷۲۶۱۴۰) اووه لکه شپږویشت زره یوسل او څلویښت افغانۍ دی، د آفر تضمین د بانګ په ضمانت د منلو وړ دی، چې د آفر خلاصولو په ورځ به یې دواطلب شرکتونه له ځانه سره ولري.
