په کډوالو په چارو کې د ملګرو ملتونو د اداري عالي کمشنر د حقوقي ملاتړ د برخې UNHCR مسوول "میناکو ککوما" د کابل پوهنتون رییس ښاغلي دکتور اسامه عزیز سره په داسې حال کې، چې د پوهنتون د علمي چارو مرستیال پوهاند محمد شفیع شریفي هم شتون درلود په خپل دفتر کې وکتل.

پدې لیدنه کې د کډوالو په چارو کې د ملګرو ملتونو د ادارې د عالي کمشنری دفتر حقوقي ملاتړ د برخې مسوول د همکاري وعده وکړه او ویې ویل، چې دا اداره له کابل پوهنتون سره، چې پخوا یې هوکړه لاسلیک کړې وه، هغه شمېر محصلین، چې هیواد ته راستانه شوي دي او له اقتصادي اړخه د زده کړو پرمخ وړلو توان نلري، د پخوا په څېر مرسته او همکاري کوي.

پدې لیدنه کې د کابل پوهنتون رییس ښاغلي دکتور اسامه عزیز UNHCR د ادارې د حقوقي ملاتړ د برخې مسوول ته ښه راغلاست ترڅنګ یې له کابل پوهنتون سره د هغوی د پخوانیو مرستو څخه مننه وکړه او د دې مرستو په دوام یې ټینګار وکړ.

د کډوالو په چارو کې د ملګرو ملتونوعالي کمشنری په ۲۰۱۹ کال کې له کابل پوهنتون سره هوکړه لیک لاسلیک کړی وو، چې په هغه کې د کډوالو په چارو کې د ملګرو ملتونو سازمان دفتر د کډوالو، پنا غوښتونکو او مخکینیو افغان کډوالو، چې هیواد ته راستانه شوي دي تحصیلي بورسیه ورکولې.
