امضای تفاهم‌نامه هم‎کاری میان پوهنتون کابل و موسسه پارتیسیپ

تفاهم‌نامه‌ای به هدف تامین هم‌کاری میان پوهنځی فارمسی پوهنتون کابل و موسسه پارتیسیپ در زمینه تطبیق ارزیابی کیفیت ادویه در لابراتوار کوچک پوهنځی فارمسی و هم‌چنان ارایه فعالیت‌های ارتقای ظرفیت و سایر تلاش‌های تخنیکی برای منافع مشترک از طرف محترم دکتور اسامه عزیز رییس پوهنتون کابل و داکتر سید رحیم عرب رییس دفتر موسسه پارتیسیپ در افغانستان به امضا رسید.

رییس پوهنتون کابل در محفل امضای این تفاهم ضمن تاکید بر ارزش صحت در دین مبین اسلام خواهان عملی شدن این تفاهم‌نامه گردید و ابراز امیدواری نمود که امضای این تفاهم‌نامه گام باشد برای بیش‌تر شدن هم‌کاری‌ها در آینده.

دراین محفل هم‌چنان داکتر سید رحیم عرب رییس دفتر پارتیسیپ از امضای این تفاهم‌نامه ابراز خرسندی نموده و گفت که جانب پارتیسیپ در عملی کردن تفاهم‌نامه تعهد کامل دارد و دراین راستا هرچه در توان داشته باشد دریغ نخواهد کرد.

پوهنوال داکتر آقا محمد ژکفر رییس پوهنځی فارمسی نیز امضای این تفاهم‌نامه را یک قدم مثبت و مهم خواند و علاوه نمود که پوهنځی فارمسی افتخار دارد که پس از پیروزی امارت اسلامی افغانستان چندین تفاهم‌نامه را با نهادهای اکادمیک، موسسات و ادارات ذیربط به امضا رسانده است.

دسترسی به ادویه اساسی و باکیفیت از جمله معضلات مبرم صحت عامه کشور محسوب می‌گردد اما تاکنون ادویه تولید داخل کشور سهم اندکی در رفع این معضل داشته و بقیه‌ی آن از کشورهای بیرونی وارد می‌گردد.
