د روان کال د وري په ۱۴ نېټه د شنبې په ورځ د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري او د تدارکاتو ملي اداري هیئت د کابل پوهنتون د علمي څېړنو مرکز له ودانۍ څخه، چې له څو کلنو راهیسي د غیر معیاري والي له امله کار متوقف شوی او د دې پوهنتون له کافه تریا څخه لیدنه وکړه.

پدې لیدنه کې دواړو لورو د کار توقف د کابل پوهنتون د علمي څېړنو مرکز ودانۍ کې د کار د بې کیفیتي له امله شوی دی او همدارنګه یې د دې پوهنتون کافه تریا عدم فعالیت ارزونه وکړه. پوهاند بابري پدې لیدنه کې هیله وښوده، چې ژر به د کابل پوهنتون د علمي څېړنو مرکز د جوړېدلو کار له سره پیل شي او همدارنګه د کابل پوهنتون کافه تریا د پوهنتون لپاره یوه عایداتي منبع ده او د محصلینو لپاره د خدمتونو وړاندې کولو بنسټیز مرکز دی، هم فعال شي.

د ملي تدارکاتو ادارې هیئت په رهبري د ملي تدارکاتو د قراردادونو د څېړنې او پرمختګ رییس سید اجمل شنه وعده وکړه، چې پدې برخه کې به له کابل پوهنتون سره اړینه همکاري وکړي.
