دا کتاب د ۱۳۹۹ د کب په ۲۶ نېټه د د عامه ادارې او پالیسي پوهنځي کې د کابل پوهنتون د محصلینو چارو مرستیال پوهندوی فیصل امین، یو شمېر استادانو او محصلینو په ګډون مخکتنه وشوه. د "کتاب آرزوهای ناتمام یک رهبر" د عامه ادارې او پالیسي پوهنځي محصل احمد راهد د ژوند، کارونو او هیلو یادونه ده، چې په کابل پوهنتون د لړم ۱۲ نېټې په برید کې له ۱۷ تنو نورو محصلینو سره یو ځای شهید شو.

دا کتاب د راهد د ورور له لوري لیکل شوی دی. فیصل امین د دې کتاب د مخکتنې په برنامه کې وویل، چې په کابل پوهنتون زړه بوګنوونکی برید به هیڅ کله هېر نشي. ښاغلي فیصل زیاته کړه، چې ډېر ژر به د کابل پوهنتون د لړم دولسمې شهیدانو یادونې څلی جوړ شي. د مرستیا په وینا نور معنوي کارونه به هم پدې برخه کې تر سره شي. همدارنګه د احمد راهد کورنۍ د دې برید د عاملانو په لپاره د عدلات پلي کېدو غوښتونکې شوه او ویې ویل، چې د راهد او ټولګيوالو هیلو ته یې دوام ورکوي. په کابل پوهنتون تروریستي برید کې ۱۸ محصلین، یو کارمند او یو د امنیتي ځواکونو سرتېری شهیدان شوي.
