Directorate of Finance and Accounting
The purpose of this administration is to supervise the implementation of all normal and development budget expenditure accounts. The main duties of the financial and accounting officer are as follows: planning and settling the regular budget of Kabul University in cooperation with the financial and administrative assistant to present it to the competent officials of the ministry/department; Controlling the arrangement of the normal and development budget in order to accurately stabilize the budget; Creating effective financial and accounting systems, including normal and expansionary budgets for the transparency of affairs; taking care of the collection of accounting documents (M10) in order to register and deal with accounting forms (M12) and (M13) returns;Taking care of the arrangement of the expense calculation forms of development and normal projects for the purpose of clearing the accounts of the projects; arranging the monthly expense calculation report in cooperation with the remittance department in order to send it to the Ministry/Finance Department; dealing with the accounting documents to the relevant offices for the discharge of money owed to individuals and governmental and non-governmental departments and the implementation of other duties related to the duties entrusted to him by the authorities, according to the laws, regulations and goals of the Kabul University.
