مراسم اهداء خون برای زخمیان و نیازمندان و گذاشتن اکلیل گل در محل حادثه به مناسبت گرامی‌داشت از شهدای دوازدهم عقرب پوهنتون کابل به روز چهارشنبه مؤرخ ۲۱ عقرب سال جاری ازسوی وزارت ارشاد، حج و اوقاف، با همکاری پوهنتون کابل و وزارت صحت عامه و باحضور نامزد وزیر حج و اوقاف، معین وزارت صحت عامه، رئیس، معاونین ریاست و تعدادی از استادان پوهنتون کابل و شماری از عالمان دینی در این پوهنتون تدویر یافت.

پوهاند دکتور محمدعثمان بابری رئيس پوهنتون کابل، محمد قاسم حلیمی نامزدوزیر وزارت حج و اوقاف و داکتر وحیدالله مجروح معین عرضه خدمات صحی وزارت صحت عامه با سخنرانی در این مراسم هرکدام ضمن ابراز خرسندی از حضور اشتراک کنندگان، این برنامه را یک برنامه ارزشی مطابق با اصول و رهنمودهای دینی خوانده و علاوه نمودند که مردم افغانستان در هر حالت باهم و در کنار همدیگر خواهند بود.

آقای بابری در صحبت‌هایش به مناسبت اداء احترام به شهدای این پوهنتون و اهداء خون به زخمیان آن ازسوی علمای دینی حاضر در برنامه، علاوه نمود که روح متون و کریکولم‌های درسی پوهنتون‌های افغانستان از دیدگاه‌های مختلف همگون و همنوا با دساتیر اسلامی است که نیاز است تا میان پوهنتون ها و مدارس دینی فاصله‌ای نباشد و بر این اساس از وزارت ارشاد، حج و اوقاف، وزارت صحت عامه و بویژه از این عالمان دینی بخاطر حضور شان در پوهنتون کابل و ابتکار تدویر برنامه‌ی اهداء خون به یادبود از شهدای دوازدهم عقرب سپاسگزاری نمود. اين مراسم ساعت ۹ قبل از ظهر با تلاوت آیات الهام‌بخش کلام‌الله مجید در محوطه پوهنځی حقوق و علوم سیاسی پوهنتون آغاز گردیده بود
