 د کابل پوهنتون د عامه ادارې او پالیسي پوهنځي د محصلینو، استادانو او یو شمېر کارمندانو له لوري د پوهنتون د محصلانو چارو مرستیال او د دې پوهنځي د رییس په شتون کې د کابل پوهنتون د عامه ادارې او پالیسي او د حقوقو او سیاسي علومو پوهنځي یو شمېر محصلین، چې د لړم میاشتې دولسمې نېټې پېښه کې شهیدان او یو شمېر ټپيان شول، د لړم میاشتې په ۱۷ نېټه د شنبې په ورځ د قرانکریم ختم مراسم جوړ کړل.

د پوهنتون د محصلانو چارو مرستیال، د عامه ادارې او پالیسي پوهنځي رییس، ښاغلي کوهستاني د لړم میاشتې ۱۲ نېټې پېښې کورنیو او ... د دې مراسمو په پای کې، چې د پوهنتون په مرکزي ای‌‌‌‌‌‌ډيټوریم کې جوړ شوي وو، هر یو د دې جاهلانه او بدې پېښې د غندنې ترڅنګ د شهیدانو او ټپيانو له کورنیو او همدارنګه یې د کابل پوهنتون له کورنۍ سره خواخوږي او همدردي وکړه، د شهیدانو لپاره د الله ج له درباره د جنت الفردوس او ټپيانو لپاره یې د روغتیا دعا وکړه.

دا مراسم د سهار په ۱۰:۳۰ بجو د پوهنتون د محصلانو چارو مرستیال، د عامه ادارې او پالیسي پوهنځي رییس او استادانو او د کابل پوهنتون محصلینو او کارمندانو په ګ‌‌‌‌‌‌ډون د دې پوهنتون په مرکزي ای‌‌‌‌‌‌ډيټوریم کې جوړ شوي وو.
