Education Programs
The Faculty of Agriculture has a bachelor's degree in the following eight disciplines:
- Economics and agricultural development
- Agronomy
- Plant protection
- Forests and natural resources
- Horticulture
- Animal Science
- Soil science and irrigation
- Biotechnology and seed production
The undergraduate program is completed in 4 years (8 semesters). In the first year (first 2 semesters) basic and general courses and in the last three years (6 semesters) professional and specialized courses are taught in eight different fields.

The Faculty of Agriculture has a master's degree in the following two fields:

Vision
The faculty's vision is to provide professional staff for the country to develop Afghanistan's agricultural sector. This will increase the production of agricultural and economic resources and ensure a good and quality life for the people of Afghanistan.
Mission
The general mission of this faculty is to offer professional agricultural courses during four years of study so that graduates can help in all fields of science needed for rural communities as well as Afghan citizens and for their welfare through sustainable development of the agricultural sector to increase production. And the exploitation of sustainable agricultural products along with other areas related to the activity and mutual assistance of close partners to have an active share.
