The Office of Publications and Public Relations at Kabul University has commenced a three-day specialized training workshop. This initiative is distinctively designed to elevate the professional competencies of media personnel, institutionalize standardized communication practices, and ensure the impactful dissemination of scientific and academic achievements.

This educational forum convenes communications and publications staff from universities and Islamic seminaries across Kabul and the provinces, alongside students from the Faculty of Journalism.

The participants are undergoing rigorous theoretical and practical instruction facilitated by distinguished faculty members from Kabul University’s Faculties of Journalism, Literature, and Arts. The comprehensive curriculum encompasses standardized journalism and news writing, feature or investigative reporting, Dari and Pashto literature, professional translation, advanced photography, graphic design, and other core disciplines of media operations.

The organizers underscore that such institutional programs strictly aim to cultivate a more structured, professional, and efficacious framework for the media and publication sectors within universities and Islamic seminaries.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Higher Education, the Director of Publications and Public Relations, the Vice chancellors of Kabul University, faculty deans, professors, and students.
