During the reformatory seminar, the Honorable Minister of Higher Education of the I.E.A., Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlawi Nida Mohammad Nadim, delivered a keynote address to an assembly of approximately one thousand students representing public and private higher education universities within the central zone.

He delivered an extensive discourse regarding the five objectives of Sharia and emphasized the significance and necessity of obedience to the Sharia-based sovereign (Amir al-Mu'minin).

Furthermore, he urged students to engage proactively in religious, reformative, capacity-building, and other academic initiatives alongside their formal curricula.

The Minister advocated for rigorous academic diligence and strict adherence to Sharia principles.

He further issued a formal assurance that comprehensive measures would be implemented to facilitate their scholarly advancement across all disciplines.

This seminar, currently hosted in Kabul University, is scheduled for a timeframe of one week and serves a cohort of approximately one thousand student participants.
