دغه راز د تېرې علمي شورا د موضوعاتو تعقیب سربېره د کابل پوهنتون او ولایاتو د یو شمېر استادانو په ګومارنې او علمې ترفیعاتو، د تخصصي قاموسونو د تدوين، د پښتو ليکلارښود د ورکشاپ پلي کولو، په حقوقو پوهنځي کې د نويو دکتورا او ماسترۍ برنامو د ایجاد، د علمي څېړنو د لا معیاري کېدو، د محصلانو، اداري او مالي چارو د ربعوار راپورونو، د  او ورته نورو مهمو موضوعاتو په اړه بحث وشو او په اړه یې لازمې پرېکړې وشوې.
