د کابل پوهنتون استادانو مسلکي ظرفیت لوړونې آمریت تر اشراف لاندې، له سینګاپور څخه راغلي استاد ډاکټر ايډمنډ چاو (Dr. Edmund Chow) لخوا يو شمېر استادانو او د دوکتورا محصلینو ته یو ورځنی ورکشاپ ترسره شو.

د ورکشاپ په پيلزه وينا کې د کابل پوهنتون مسلکي ظرفیت لوړونې آمر پوهنوال داکتر اسدالله صمدي او د علمي څېړنو مرستيال دوکتور حامد سالاري د مسلکي څېړنې په ارزښت په خپلو خبرو کې وویل، چې د با کیفیته څېړنې او د متن تحلیل ته باید په اکاډمیکو مراکزو کې پاملرنه وشي. دوی زیاته کړه، استادان باید یادې برخې په پام کې ونیسي او په هغو موضوعاتو با کیفیته څېړنې وکړي چې په هېواد او اکاډمیک چاپیریال کې ورته اړتیا ده. د دوی له قوله کابل پوهنتون د تل په څېر هڅه کوي چې په دې برخه کې د پام وړ نوښتونه رامنځته کړي.

ورپسې ميلمه استاد ډاکټر ايډمنډ چاو خپل چمتو کړی پرېزنټېشن وړاندې کړ، او ترڅنګ يې له کابل پوهنتون څخه مننه وکړه، چې د یاد ورکشاپ د وړاندې کولو زمینه یې ورته برابره کړه.
