نوموړی سمینار د روان کال وږي میاشتې په ۲۷ نېټه د ساینس ریاست درسي کتابونو الکترونیکي کولو کارپوه ښاغلي حشمت الله عبدالرحیم زی لخوا وړاندې شو. په نوموړي سمینار کې د کیمیا پوهنځي رئیس، استادانو او محصلینو پکې برخه اخیستې وه.

ښاغلي عبدالرحیم زی وایي چې ددې سمینار موخه د هېواد د تعلیمي او تحصیلي نظام الکترونیکي کول د چارو لاښه والي او غوره کار اخیستل دي؛ چې کولای شو په پوهنتونو، مکتبونو او ټولو روزنیزو بنسټونو کې ګټه ترې واخیستل شي.

د کیمیا پوهنځي مسؤلینو نوموړی سمینار خورا مهم یاد کړ او له ښاغلي عبدالرحیم زی څخه یې ددې له امله چې د کیمیا پوهنځي استادانو او محصلینو لپاره یې سمینار وړاند ې کړ مننه وکړه.
