د اکاډمیک نظام په لار کې تر ټولو ستره ستونزه دا ده، چې د مضمونونو لپاره د ځانګړو شویو کرېډېټونو پر بنسټ په ټاکلي وخت کې د څانګو، پوهنځیو او پوهنتون لخوا نصاب نه بشپړېږي او په دې برخه کې خنډونه وي. کابل پوهنتون د تحصیلي نصاب د تطبیق له پروسې د څار په موخه د نصاب د څار کمېټه جوړه کړې ده، چې غړي یې د پوهنتون د علمي شورا له لوري ټاکل کېږي او لاندې مکلفیتونه لري:

د پوهنتون په کچه د تحصیلي نصاب د تطبیق له پروسې څارنه، محصلانو ته په ترتیب پوښتنپاڼې وېشل، د دې پوښتنپاڼو ټولول او د مهالوېش پر بنسټ د هغو تحلیل او ارزونه، د وړاندیزونو ټولول، د ټاکل شوي نصاب د هر مضمون په تړاو په فردي توګه د محصلینو شکایتونه او وړاندیزونه اورېدل، هغو استادانو ته د مکتوبونو لېږل چې د غیر موجه دلیلونو له امله یې خپل نصاب نه وي بشپړ کړی، د خپلو فعالیتونو راپور جوړول او هغه د محصلانو چارو مرستیالیت ته لېږل، چې دغه مرستیالیت يې پر بنسټ نور اجرات وکړي او د پوهنتون علمي مرستیال ته یې ولېږي.
