د کابل پوهنتون  له بیلابیلو پوهنځيو څخه ۶۴ تنه محصلینو د دندې مهارتونو او کمپیوټر(MS Word ) زده کړې برنامه کې چې د محصلینو خدماتو انسجام آمریت لخو په لاره اچول شوې وه؛ زده کړې وکړه.

 ګډونوالو محصلینو ته د پوهنتون محصلانو چارو مرستیال ښاغلي صلاح الدین ایوبي په شتون کې تصدیق پاڼې ووېشل شوې؛ ښاغلي ایوبي نوموړې برنامه د محصلینو د ظرفیت لوړلو لپاره ګټوره یاده کړه او له هغوی یې وغوښتل؛ چې اوسنۍ تکنالوژۍ او نړیوالو ژبو ته لازمه پاملرنه وکړي.
