ددغه پروګرام د پرانیستې په مراسمو کې د لوړو زده کړو وزارت د علمي چارو مرستیال، د کابل پوهنتون رهبرۍ، د علومو اکاډمۍ استازو، د ښوونې او روزنې، پولي تخنیک، کابل طبي پوهنتونونو استادانو، د داخلي ژبو او ادبیاتو پوهنځي مسئولینو او استادانو ګډون کړی وو.
