عثمان شاهین رییس فاکولته شرعیات پوهنتون "19 می" شهر سامسون  ترکیه و هیات همراه‌اش روز ‌شنبه مورخ 7 جوزای سال جاری که به پوهنتون کابل تشریف آورده بود با محترم دکتور اسامه عزیز رییس پوهنتون در دفتر کارش ملاقات نمود.

آقای شاهین و هیات همراه‌اش با بیان نظریات مثبت شان در مورد اهمیت و جایگاه خاص پوهنتون کابل بعنوان نهاد مشهور اکادمیک  در افغانستان از آمدن دراین پوهنتون و ملاقات با رییس آن اظهار خوشی نموده و در مورد تقویت روابط علمی و تحصیلی به ویژه در بخش شرعیات و علوم اسلامی صحبت کرده و افزود که این‌گونه دید و بازدیدها برای پیش‌رفت و تقویت روابط علمی و اکادمیک موثر است و ما امیدواریم که یک روز پوهنتون 19 می با پوهنتون کابل عملا در مسایل علمی و تحصیلی هم‎‌کاری داشته باشد.

در این ملاقات محترم دکتور اسامه عزیز رییس پوهنتون کابل نیز در مورد این پوهنتون معلومات همه جانبه ارایه نموده و جایگاه خاص این مکان بزرگ تاریخی و علمی را بصورت واضح به جانب آقای شاهین و هیات همراه‌اش بیان نمود. دکتور عزیز گفت که زمینه‌های همکاری میان پوهنتون کابل و پوهنتون‌های ترکیه زیاد است و ما امیدواریم که دراین قسمت با در نظرداشت اصول و پالیسی‎ دولت‎های افغانستان و ترکیه بیش‎تر کار صورت بگیرد.
