جلسه شورای علمی پوهنتون کابل برگزار گردید

جلسه شورای علمی پوهنتون کابل تحت ریاست محترم محمد اشرف غیرت، سرپرست ریاست پوهنتون کابل با حضور معاونین ریاست و دیگر اعضای شورای علمی برگزار گردید.

در این جلسه که روز سه شنبه مورخ 13 میزان سال جاری برگزار گردید محترم محمد اشرف غیرت، سرپرست ریاست پوهنتون کابل در سخنان افتتاحیه خود ضمن خوش آمدگویی به اعضای جلسه، قایم شدن امارت اسلامی در کشور را نصرت الهی و یک فرصت تاریخی خواند و علاوه نمود که امارت اسلامی از تولید و پیش‌رفت مسایل علمی و اکادمیک در پوهنتون‌ها و نهادهای تحصیلات عالی کشور حمایت و پیشتبانی می‌کند. سرپرست ریاست پوهنتون کابل هم‌چنان تاکید نمود که در سایه نظام اسلامی امنیت و در سایه‌ی امنیت ترقی و پیش‌رفت به وجود می‌آید و با آمدن امارت اسلامی امنیت در کشور تامین شده است و ما امیدواریم که استادان، کادرهای علمی و طبقه تحصیل یافته کشور در فضای امن کنونی برای تولید علم و دانش تلاش نمایند و امارت اسلامی به کار و فعالیت‌ آنها اهمیت و احترام خاص قایل است. محترم غیرت تاکید نمود که تمام امور کاری در پوهنتون کابل مطابق قانون و مقررات پیش می‌رود و هیچ‌گونه بی قانونی و خلاف ورزی قابل پذیرش نیست.

در جلسه شورای علمی طبق آجندا روی 12 مورد تقرری استادان که قبل از آمدن تحول جدید پروسه آن تکمیل شده بود و هم‌چنان 3 مورد منفکی، 6 مورد ترفیع علمی و 4 مورد تثبیت رتبه علمی استادان پوهنتون در روشنایی قوانین، مقررات، لوایح و طرزالعمل‌ها بحث صورت گرفت و روی هرکدام با اکثریت آرا تصامیم لازم اتخاذ گردید.
