د روان کال د وري په ۱۰ نېټه د سې شنبې په ورځ د کابل پوهنتون د رییس محمد عثمان بابري په مشري او د ریاست د مرستیالانو او د پوهنځيو د رییسانو په ګډون د کابل پوهنتون علمي شورا نوبتي ناسته د پوهنتون د علمي شورا په تالار کې جوړه شوه.

د کابل پوهنتون رییس د ناستې په پیل کې د جلسې غړو ته د ښه راغلاست ترڅنګ یې وویل، چې د پوهنتون د چټکو درسونو وروستۍ اونۍ ده او هیله یې وښوده، چې د سمسټر پای ازموینو ته پوره تیاري نیول شوې ده. بابري زیاته کړه، چې د نجونو او هلکانو په لیلیه کې شته ستونزې حل شوي دي او همدارنګه د دې پوهنتون د پراختیا ماسټر پلان هم اماده شوی او د تکمیل په حال کې دی، چې دا د پوهنتون راتلونکې لپاره یو ښه لرلید دی.

له اجنډا سره سم د پوهنتون علمي شورا کې همدارنګه د کابل پوهنتون د ملاتړو او فارغانو ټولنې طرحې او د هغې اساسنامه، د متقاعدو استادانو له علمي او اکاډمیک طرفیت څخه ګټه اخیستنه، د کابل پوهنتون په تحصیلي نصاب کې د کارموندنې زده کړې طرحې شاملول، د لسانس څخه پورته برنامو دوه موضوع ګانې، د محصلینو ستونزو اړوند لس موضوع ګانې، د استادانو د ګمارنې پنځلس موضوع ګانې، د استادانو د منفکي درې موضوع ګانې، د استادانو د علمي ترفیعاتو اړوند نهه موضوع ګانې، د استادانو د علمي رتبو د تثبیت درې موضع ګانې او اته متفرقه موضوع ګانو باندې د قوانینو، مقرراتو، لوایحو او طرزالعمل په رڼا کې هر اړخیز بحث وشو او په هرې يوې باندې د رایو په اکثریت تصمیم ونیول شو.
