"Milk: From Production to Consumption" Conference Held
Veterinary Science Faculty of Kabul University convened a scientific conference entitled "Milk: From Production to Consumption," focusing on the technology, safety, and quality enhancement of dairy products.
The conference facilitated an exchange of expertise regarding the nutritional significance of milk, production methodologies, and strategies for increasing dairy output, food safety protocols, and techniques for detecting milk adulteration.
The event was attended by the leadership of Kabul University, faculty members, representatives from the Ministries of Agriculture and Public Health, and industry professionals from the dairy sector.
