Introduction

As we know in the present time that is the time of technology and development, so that physics plays out absolutely essential role in technology; unfortunately in Afghanistan, there is not a fundamental center that trains and delivers skilled set nationwide in this key field. In the long run, Kabul University suggest that physics faculty should pound the MSc program inside Kabul University. The physics faculty proposed nuclear and atomic MSc program in 1398, and luckily opened in 1399, so from this program was graduated 18 masters in 1402. According to reconciliation law the nuclear and atomic physics’ MSc program can deliver proficient in this field who can work verity of area such as nuclear medicine, nuclear japeries, and apply nuclear energy in agriculture and so on.
