Enhance staff capacity building

Objective:

To build staff capacities by using and applying different activities.

Employees are the key determinant of the university’s success, so it is very crucial to have qualified and well-trained employees in academic settings. It closely relates with the ability of the university to achieve its mission in an actual method. It is important because it encourages the leadership, management and evaluate the staff abilities to perform in a complex institutional environment. Thus, Kabul University plans to apply effective and essential activities to improve the capacity of the staff. After deciding which activities are essential to be applied, it is crucial to get started. Based on most important to the least, they are included in this strategic plan.

The activities which are planned cover:

  • Leadership capacity development trainings
  • General orientations on staff capacity building
  • Career path development
  • Short-term capacity building courses

Since capacity building is a long term and ongoing process, it takes longer time, so it will be started from 1398 (2019) and will take longer time than expected.
