A joint academic -research meeting was successfully convened, bringing together doctoral students from the Faculty of Computer Science at Kabul University and representatives from various state administrations and the private sector.

The distinguished participants included representatives from the Ministry of Interior Affairs, the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, the Afghanistan Telecom Regulatory Authority (ATRA), the Directorate General of Municipalities Affairs Regulation, the Afghan Post State Corporation, the Kabul Municipality, and the Afghan Wireless Communication Company (AWCC).

During the session, the speakers highlighted the scientific and specialized capacities of Kabul University’s Faculty of Computer Science, emphasizing the critical importance of expanding academic and professional collaborations with both state and private entities in the field of technology. Furthermore, they underscored the pivotal role of rigorous scientific and empirical research in formulating effective and impactful policies within Afghanistan.
