The Staff Affairs Directorate of Kabul University successfully convened a three-day professional development workshop entitled " Training in Administrative Principles and skills" designed to systematically enhance the professional capacities  of newly appointed administrative personnel.

Throughout this educational program, experts in the field of administrative management delivered comprehensive and specialized guidance and information concerning the management of administrative documents, performance appraisal, the formulation of annual and operational work plans, and the procedures for registering and processing outgoing, incoming, and received correspondence. Additionally, the instruction comprehensively addressed document filing, the implementation of systematic and advanced archiving systems, and the standardization of the evaluation process.

The primary objective of holding this workshop was defined as developing the professional capacities of newly recruited employees, strengthening their knowledge and skills toward standardizing administrative affairs, and further familiarizing them with the standardized application of established administrative principles.

At the conclusion of the workshop, an intractive question-and-answer session was conducted between the participants and speakers, during which the experts provided the necessary answers and clarifications to the inquiries raised by the attendees.
